Scheduling, Cancellation and Payment Policies
A thorough medical history and evaluation of your pet takes time. We do schedule longer appointment times (up to 1 ½ hours for new clients) than the typical Western only clinic in order to evaluate your pet's history and symptoms.
Because of our scheduling procedure, we ask that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will enable us to re-schedule your appointment and schedule another pet that needs to be seen. If your appointment is on a Monday, the cancellation must be received by noon on Saturday.
- If you miss your scheduled appointment, without notification, you will be charged $75.00 - If you cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the charge is $50.00 - Payment for services: All appointments and products must be paid for at the time of service. Our practice accepts cash and checks, MasterCard and Visa. **A credit card is required for all clientele. |
